Two creative heads are always better than one. That's why long-time friends Arina du Plessis and Bernice van der Merwe have pooled their talent and ideas on this project. Both have a decade's experience in the magazine industry.
Arina is a freelance food writer and presently food editor on Landbouweekblad. She has published two recipe books, Entertain - novel ideas and recipes for any get together and Plaaskos.
Bernice started her career as a food and décor writer and stylist on various titles. She is currently assistant food editor and stylist at Huisgenoot and YOU.
