This Special Edition has been privately printed for the members of The Classics of Medicine Library but is missing the Publisher's Bookplate with the copy number and member's name typed in.
The binding is a lovely, soft , brown genuine full-grain lambskin, the page edges are all gilt, there is a sewn-in brown fabric bookmark and endleaves are an original marbled design. Pocket-sized for convenience, this is a "little gem".
